- Information Technology-Based Lending Services is a private agreement between the Lender and the Borrower, therefore any risks arising from such agreement shall be fully borne by the respective parties.
- Any credit risks or default in payment shall be fully borne by the Lender. No institution or state authorities are liable for such risks of default.
- The administrator under the approval of each User (the Lender and/or the Borrower) will access, obtain, store, manage and/or use the User’s personal data (“Data Processing”) on or within the object, electronic devices (including smartphone or cellphone), hardware and software, electronic documents, apps or electronic system of the User or controlled by the User, by notifying the objective, limit and mechanism of such Data Processing to the relevant User before acquiring the consent as mentioned.
- The Lender with no knowledge and experiences in lending activities is not recommended to use this service.
- The Borrower must consider the interest rate for the loan and other fees and whether it is within its capacity to repay.
- Any fraud shall be digitally recorded in the cyberspace and can be known on social media.
- The user must read and understand these information before making a decision to become a Lender or Borrower.
- The government, which in this case is the Financial Services Authority, shall not be liable for any breach or non-compliance by the User, as Lender or Borrower (whether it is due to willful misconduct or the negligence of the User) to the prevailing regulations or agreement or engagement between the Administrator and the Lender and/or Borrower.
- Any lending transactions and activities or performance of the lending agreement between or involving the Administrator, the Lender and/or Borrower shall be conducted through escrow accounts and virtual accounts as required by the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 77/POJK.01/2016 pertaining to Information Technology-Based Lending Services and any violation or non-compliance to such regulation shall be an evidence of the violation of the law by the Administrator, thus the Administrator is required to bear damages suffered by the respective User as direct consequences of the abovementioned violation of the law, without prejudice to the rights of the User who suffered such damages as provided in the Indonesian Civil Code.
- PT Investree Radhika Jaya (Company) is a legal entity incorporated in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Established as a company regulated and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in Indonesia, the Company provides interfacing services in a liaising capacity between those parties providing loans and those in need of loans, encompassing funding by individuals, organizations, or legal entities to certain individuals or legal entities. The Company does not provide any advice or funding recommendations regarding the options in this site.
